Cancellation Policy
Photo & Video Shoot Cancellation Policy 1. No cancellation fee - if you cancel more than 72 hours before your scheduled Zoomrz session. Or we can reschedule the photoshoot within 1 week to a convenient time that suits both the photographer and the client. 2. 50% cancellation fee - if you cancel less than 48 hours and upto 24 hours before your scheduled Zoomrz session. 3. 100% cancellation fee – if you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled Zoomrz session All cancellation fee refunds will be issued via the same method as the original payment (e.g. Bank Transfer, Credit or Debit Cards).
